Please remember your warranty is with the manufacturer. All flooring materials are covered under their manufacturers warranty. If you have any warranty claims, they must be filed with the manufacturer. You may contact us at any time and we will do our best to assist you with this process. Please review the manufacturer warranty thoroughly. Many warranties reserve the right to repair rather than replace merchandise. Our roll is to help make the claims process as painless as possible. But it is ultimately up to the manufacturer as to how they will resolve your claim.
Installation warranty is covered for one full year from the date of installation. If you have any concerns or questions about your installation, please contact our office as soon as possible. We will do our best to take care of your installation issues within 2 weeks from written notification.
